About This Oil
Optilube 5W-30 C2/C3 is a fully synthetic, mid/low SAPS engine oil engineered for modern petrol and diesel engines, including those fitted with diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and three-way catalytic converters. Its low viscosity grade supports rapid oil flow and fast lubrication on cold starts while maintaining a stable film at operating temperature.
The reduced Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur (SAPS) formulation protects exhaust after-treatment systems from premature clogging, helping extend their service life. Strong thermal and oxidation stability keeps the oil performing consistently across extended drain intervals, while the low-friction synthetic base supports better fuel economy and reduced engine wear.
