Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Shipping time estimate, e.g., 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Shipping time estimate, e.g., 2-3 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional customs and import taxes may apply.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Tracking Information: For orders shipped via Shopify Shipping, you can track your package using the link provided in the confirmation email or through your Shopify account.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: GT Motor Parts ships to addresses within the United Kingdom addresses.
Delivery Issues
- Damaged Packages: GT Motor Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Lost Packages: If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team for assistance.
International Shipping Policy
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: GT Motor Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
