Everything you need to know about getting your order to you
UK Delivery
We deliver across mainland UK using Royal Mail / Evri / Yodel / Inpost. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take an extra 2 days.
Delivery Costs
Click & Collect — Bury Store
Collect your order free of charge from our shop at 2 York Street, Bury, BL9 7AR.
Orders are usually ready within 2 hours of purchase. We'll email or text you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Opening hours: 09:00AM to 06:00PM.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, re-delivery costs may apply.
