Overview:
Hycote Under Body Coating 400ml is a specialised aerosol underbody sealer designed to protect the underside of vehicles from corrosion, moisture, road salt and debris. The high-build formula forms a durable protective layer with excellent anti-corrosive properties, helping to extend the lifespan of exposed underbody components.

Application & Usage Guide
Common applications include:
- Protecting vehicle underbody panels from corrosion and moisture
- Preventative rust protection during vehicle servicing or restoration

- Maintenance protection for cars, vans, SUVs and light commercial vehicles
Usage instructions: Ensure the surface is clean, dry and cool before use. Mask rubber or plastic components before spraying. Shake the can thoroughly for at least two minutes and continue shaking regularly during use. Apply sparingly from a distance of approximately 20–30cm. Apply 2–3 coats or as required for even coverage, allowing 15–20 minutes between coats. Allow the coating to dry fully; maximum hardness is typically reached within 24 hours depending on temperature and coating thickness.
