Product Overview:
Bluecol OE40 Plus Antifreeze & Coolant is a high-quality, ethylene glycol-based coolant designed for extended life protection in petrol and diesel engines. It is formulated with Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT), providing superior corrosion protection and maintaining engine efficiency over a long service life of up to 5 years. This antifreeze is compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including those requiring specifications such as VW TL-774 G (G12++), MAN 324 Type Si-OAT, and MB 325.5.
Key Features:
• Long-Lasting Protection: Offers up to 5 years of protection against freezing, overheating, and corrosion.
• Advanced Formulation: Utilizes HOAT for optimal performance and compatibility with various engine types.
• Wide Compatibility: Suitable for use in petrol, diesel, and natural gas engines, including commercial and agricultural vehicles.
• Temperature Range: Protects from freezing down to -36°C.
Directions for Use:
1. Preparation:
• Drain and flush the cooling system with clean water to remove any old coolant or contaminants.
• Check all hoses, clips, and joints for leaks and ensure they are secure.
2. Application:
• Refer to your vehicle manufacturer’s handbook for the total volume of the cooling system.
• Remove the radiator cap and pour Bluecol OE40 Plus Antifreeze directly into the radiator or expansion tank.
• Add coolant to achieve a mixture of 50% coolant and 50% clean water. This mixture provides optimal protection.
• Top up with clean water to reach the recommended fill level.
3. Final Steps:
• Replace the radiator cap securely.
• Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature to circulate the coolant and remove any airlocks.
• Switch off the engine and allow it to cool. Check the coolant level again and top up with water if necessary.
