3. **Return Process**:

    - Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back.
    - Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. **Refund Processing**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. **Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
